Specbee Enhances SEMI’s Website with SEO and Analytics Upgrades
Specbee recently enhanced SEMI’s multilingual, multi-regional platform through a comprehensive modernization initiative. The project included redesigning the homepage, event pages, and navigation to improve usability and performance; implementing over 150 reusable Drupal components; and integrating AI modules for automated meta descriptions and tagging to strengthen SEO. Analytics were migrated from Universal Analytics to GA4 for accurate regional tracking, and Google Tag Manager was introduced to support scalable custom event tracking. Specbee also removed over 1,000 irrelevant keywords to improve traffic quality, developed LookerStudio dashboards for real-time SEO and user behavior insights, and used Crazy Egg to optimize content based on user interactions. The updates delivered a more personalized experience through login-based content customization and cut monthly reporting overhead by 60 percent.
