This track is all about the human and community aspects of Drupal and the Open Web. Join the sessions and learn how you can contribute to the Drupal Project as a whole no matter your expertise level.

"Taking A Project Public - The History of Lagoon” by Alanna Burke is on the first day, Monday October 4th from 12:00 to 12:45 UTC in Hopin-Room 4. Alanna Burke is the Trainer, Developer Advocate and Documentation Writer at Amazee.io. The talk is about Lagoon, Amazee.io’s open source build and deployment system.

“Thorny Problems in Community Management” by George DeMet is on the first day, Monday October 4th from 13:00 to 13:45 UTC in Hopin-Room 4. George DeMet is the founder and CEO of Palantir.net. The session will be a brief outline on the various issues community members face and how the group has worked to address and resolve it.

“Fostering Community Intentionally” by  Katie Richards is on the first day, Monday October 4th from 14:00 to 14:20 UTC in Hopin-Room 4. Katie Richards is the Community Coordinator for Pantheon. The talk will focus on how to translate the strong community aspect of Drupal to a digital one and what can be done for it.
