Essential Skills and Characteristics:

• A track record of delivering beautiful Drupal sites
• Drupal, PHP, jQuery, Javascript, CSS3, HTML5, Sass, Responsive Web Design
• Ability to collaborate with clients and maintain strong client relationships
• Understanding of how to troubleshoot common development issues
• Understanding of how to develop an extendible design system
• Self-starting ethic, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Experience working with a wide range of Drupal modules and themes, as well as frontend frameworks
• Confidence with Drupal site building
• Understanding of front-end performance issues facing high traffic Drupal sites
• Understand requirements and quickly identify changes to scope and project risks
• Understanding of common git-based development workflows and code management
• Motivation to step outside of your comfort zone and learn new technologies and systems

Responsibilities:

• Develop test and deploy Drupal site builds and themes
• Help support existing Drupal websites and themes
• Share your knowledge and experience with our team and the outside world
• Serve as an escalation point for complicated front-end issues
