Qualifications:

• SharePoint Developer with 11-15 years of experience and certification
• Subject Matter Expert (SME) with SharePoint, Drupal experience and demonstrative ability to convey both technical and functional concepts

Responsibilities:

• Responsibilities: Share Point Designer with 11 years of experience
• Develops and/or participates in the development of the agency’s intranet site
• Manages all necessary development, maintenance & expansion requests for agency’s SharePoint site to include content, graphics, and interactive functionality ensures all areas are technologically optimized
• Must be willing to work on site
• Responsibilities: Manages web and digital content development, and when necessary, coordinates with DLCP’s Office of Information Systems and the Office of the Chief Technology Officer (OCTO)
• Ensures development and maintenance of the SharePoint website including primary oversite of its functionality
• Manages cross functional SharePoint site content development as well as writes communication, develops and edits information as appropriate to support technological enhancements and innovation
• Coordinates with content authors, agency managers, and end users to ensure the site and digital platforms meet the DC government and agency requirements
• Analyzes and provides site usage reports and other sources of internal and external information, including competing and/or industry web sites, to identify sources of improvement and expansion
• Presents recommendations for site enhancements
• Assists agency communications and marketing manager to develop and maintain agency websites and digital platforms
• Provides support and assistance to ensure information is continuously updated
• Edits and updates site contents constantly to ensure information is always current
• Reviews, revises, and implements agency web procedures, as required
• Researches and evaluates new digital-related technologies and creates action plans for new or future digital applications
• Performs related duties as assigned
