Responsibilities:

• Develop responsive front-end components using paragraphs and Drupal themes.
• Collaborate with developers to integrate components with Drupal.
• Perform configuration changes to Drupal sites.
• Support maintenance of Acquia hosting environment
• Integrate third-party systems and APIs with Drupal
• Troubleshoot and debug issues across environments.
• Evangelise Acquia site studio and content hub to empower marketing users and content reuse.
• Ensure code meets industry best practices, security standards, and performance benchmarks.
• Ensure cross-browser compatibility and accessibility of front-end components.
• Write and optimise semantic code for performance and search engine optimisation (SEO).
• Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to other developers.
• Keep up to date with the latest Drupal and Acquia technologies.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field.
• 3-5 years development experience with a strong focus on Drupal and Acquia
• Expertise in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
• Expertise in PHP, Drupal, Acquia, and MySQL
• CI/CD pipeline management
• Experience with Drupal theming and template development
• Dependency management with Composer
• Knowledge of Acquia hosting environment and its impact on front-end development
• Familiarity with Git and version control systems
• Experience with agile software development methodologies
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
