• Design, develop, and implement customizations to our ServiceNow applications to meet business needs
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams around the world to ensure solutions meet requirements
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers
• Assist with code reviews and testing
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to our custom applications
• Stay current with ServiceNow updates and new features to recommend and drive process improvements
• Help manage and maintain technical documentation

What We Need

• 3+ years ServiceNow development experience
• Proficiency in configuring UI policies and actions, client scripts, business rules, script includes and other ServiceNow components
• Technical expertise in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, JSON, REST & SOAP
• Experience creating and maintaining API and data integrations between ServiceNow and other systems
• Excellent problem-solving and business analysis skills
• Team player with strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Familiarity with Scrum and Agile development processes
• A passion for great UX and relentless focus on business value

Preferred Experience And Skills

• Hands-on experience with the ServiceNow GRC / Integrated Risk Management module
• Pharma background or experience in an other highly regulated industry
• ServiceNow Certified Application Developer
• ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist
• Strong understanding of ITIL/ITSM processes
• Using Jira to manage development activities
