JOB DESCRIPTION

Position Description

  • Utilize your Drupal expertise to design, develop, and maintain custom modules, themes, and features
  • Implement Drupal best practices for configuration, performance, and security
  • Support the administration, upgrade and maintenance of Drupal sites
  • Work with front-end developers, UX/UI designers, and project managers to deliver integrated solutions
  • Troubleshoot and promptly resolve technical issues
  • Conduct QA testing of new features to meet quality, performance and security requirements
  • Document application code, configurations, and technical processes; and participate in knowledge sharing

Requirements

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent work experience)
  • Ability to pass a 7 year background check and be able to obtain a US Public Trust clearance
  • 2 years of experience as Drupal developer
  • Knowledge of Drupal 8/9/10 architecture, theming, and module development

Required Skills

  • 2+ years of hands-on professional experience in PHP, MySQL, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
  • 1+ years of experience administering and upgrading Drupal sites
  • Familiarity with version control systems, such as Git
  • Understanding of web services and API integrations
  • Strong written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
