JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Lead and mentor a team of Drupal developers, providing guidance on best practices and technical architecture
  • Design, develop, and deploy Drupal-based web applications tailored to meet the needs of federal clients
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications
  • Ensure compliance with federal standards such as Section 508, FISMA, and FedRAMP
  • Perform code reviews and enforce best practices, including security protocols and performance optimization
  • Integrate third-party systems and APIs, leveraging RESTful services and other technologies
  • Oversee the entire software development lifecycle from concept to deployment, ensuring on-time delivery of projects
  • Implement CI/CD pipelines for automated testing, deployment, and continuous integration
  • Stay current with Drupal and other web development trends, proactively recommending new technologies or frameworks
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues, ensuring the highest levels of system availability and performance
  • Document processes and contribute to knowledge-sharing efforts within the team
