JOB DESCRIPTION

Lead and mentor a team of Drupal developers, providing guidance on best practices and technical architecture
Design, develop, and deploy Drupal-based web applications tailored to meet the needs of federal clients
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications
Ensure compliance with federal standards such as Section 508, FISMA, and FedRAMP
Perform code reviews and enforce best practices, including security protocols and performance optimization
Integrate third-party systems and APIs, leveraging RESTful services and other technologies
Oversee the entire software development lifecycle from concept to deployment, ensuring on-time delivery of projects
Implement CI/CD pipelines for automated testing, deployment, and continuous integration
Stay current with Drupal and other web development trends, proactively recommending new technologies or frameworks
Troubleshoot and resolve issues, ensuring the highest levels of system availability and performance
Document processes and contribute to knowledge-sharing efforts within the team
