JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Customer Support: Address technical issues, bugs, and security concerns. Communicate with stakeholders and maintain clear documentation.
  • Bug Fixes & Maintenance: Identify and fix website issues, implement security patches, and ensure platform performance.
  • Website Migrations: Support migration of Drupal 7 sites to the latest versions.
  • Feature Enhancements: Recommend and develop improvements to enhance customer experience.
  • Collaboration: Work with internal and external teams, utilizing Agile methodologies to improve processes.

Skills Required

  • Strong proficiency in PHP, MySQL, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and familiarity with Drupal 7/8/9/10, Drush, and Composer.
  • Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Effective communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong customer service and ability to work in a remote team.

Preferred Skills

  • Knowledge of Pantheon architecture, ServiceNow, JIRA, and GIT version control.
  • Experience with Agile development and technical documentation.

Work Experience

  • Required:
    • 3+ years of experience as a Drupal Developer.
    • Designing and developing responsive websites.
  • Preferred:
    • Advanced site-building with Drupal modules like CTools, Views, and Layout Builder.
    • Implementing Drupal security best practices.

Education/Training

  • Required: Bachelor s degree or equivalent experience in an IT professional setting.
  • Preferred: Drupal certifications.
