JOB DESCRIPTION

Qualifications and Skills:

Experience: Minimum 7 years of hands-on experience with Drupal development, including both Drupal 7 and Drupal 8/9/10.

Technical Skills:

Proficiency in PHP, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and frameworks like jQuery.
Strong expertise in Drupal theming, custom module development, and site building.
Experience with API integration and developing custom RESTful APIs.
Proficiency in database management and queries using MySQL or PostgreSQL.
Familiarity with version control systems like Git.
Performance Optimization: Experience with Drupal caching strategies, CDN integration, and optimizing website performance.
Deployment and Hosting: Familiarity with Drupal hosting platforms, DevOps practices, and CI/CD pipelines.

Soft Skills:

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
Ability to mentor junior developers and contribute to team development.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with integrating Drupal with CRM or AMS platforms (CiviCRM).
Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure for hosting Drupal applications.
Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG) and implementing SEO best practices.
Drupal certifications (e.g., Acquia Certified Developer) are a plus.
