Senior Drupal Developer

Responsibilities: Web Standards & Technologies:

• Strong experience using web standards to build valid and semantic HTML5 and CSS3 driven sites.
• Proficient in creating responsive designs using CSS Frameworks such as Twitter Bootstrap.
• Basic knowledge of JavaScript and familiarity with JavaScript frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, etc.).
• Understanding of JavaScript frameworks, MVC architecture, and preprocessors.

Design Tools & Theming:

• Experience using graphic design tools like Photoshop, Figma, and Sketch.
• Ability to create wireframes and visualize user interfaces effectively.
• Knowledge of Drupal 8 Theming using Twig and Pattern Lab.

Responsive Design:

• Experience with designing and implementing responsive layouts and user flows.
• Knowledge of various screen resolutions and breakpoints, ensuring designs are optimized for all device sizes.
• Familiarity with screen media and new media formats.

Development Tools & Collaboration Version Control:

• Experience with version control systems, specifically GIT.

Development Environments:

• Proficient with local development tools such as DDev, Lando, XAMPP, WAMP, etc.
   

Drupal Tools:

• Experience working with Acquia Site Studio to build and deploy Drupal-based sites.

Creativity & Problem Solving

• Creative Ideation: Strong ability to ideate and come up with innovative solutions for design and functionality.
• Design Evaluation: Ability to critique and provide constructive feedback on designs, with clear reasoning behind evaluations.

Analytical & Communication Skills:

• Strong problem-solving abilities with excellent communication skills.

• Growth Areas: Aspiration to work with React, Angular, or gain deeper experience in Drupal Backend development.
