- Provide insights from a web development/UX perspective to enhance product quality for Drupal sites
- Track project deliverables, timelines, and milestones
- Maintain project-related documentation, ensuring accuracy and accessibility
- Draft clear, user-friendly guidance materials to support internal stakeholders in understanding processes, best practices, and new features
- Maintain and update an internal site for the Web Council to share documentation and guidance materials
- Serve as a point of contact for clarifying requirements and expectations
- Assist with internal communication related to the web development contract, ensuring shared understanding across the organization
- Write clear and actionable acceptance criteria for tickets/user stories
- Identify, document, and report issues, bugs, or inconsistencies
- Investigate discrepancies between production behavior and intended feature functionality
- Assist with process optimization efforts, identifying ways to improve workflows
Basic Qualifications and Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree
- Drupal web development
- 4 years of experience
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools like Jira and Drupal
- Basic understanding of website development workflows and UX principles
- Strong organizational skills with an eye for detail and a commitment to quality
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to analyze and document issues in a clear, actionable way
- Problem-solving mindset with a curiosity for investigating bugs or technical discrepancies
Operating Status:
- Most M2 positions are hybrid roles, which will require working both at clients' work locations and teleworking.
Physical Qualification(s) Required:
- Work is performed in an office and telework environment
- Must be able to remain in a stationary position for an extended period of time
- Responsible for adhering to all established safety standards
