JOB DESCRIPTION

Designing, developing, and maintaining Drupal-based websites and applications
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, analyze needs, and implement solutions
Customizing and extending Drupal modules to meet project requirements
Optimizing website performance and ensuring scalability
Implementing security best practices to protect websites from vulnerabilities
Integrating third-party systems and APIs as needed
Providing technical guidance and mentoring to junior developers
Keeping up to date with the latest Drupal trends, tools, and technologies

Here's what you'll need

Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
Minimum of 7 years of experience in Drupal development
Proficiency in PHP, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, Bootstrap, and related web technologies
Working knowledge of client-side frameworks such as React
Strong understanding of Drupal architecture, theming, and module development
Experience working with Acquia cloud platform and Site Studio
Familiarity with Drupal 8/9 and the ability to migrate websites from older versions
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Preferred Qualifications
Acquia Certification (Developer, Site Builder, or similar)
Experience with other CMS platforms such as WordPress or Joomla
Knowledge of DevOps tools and practices
Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies
