JOB DESCRIPTION

Lead the development and maintenance of Drupal-based applications and websites.
Design and develop custom modules and themes to meet project requirements.
Oversee and contribute to all phases of the development lifecycle, including analysis, design, coding, testing, and deployment.
Collaborate with project managers, UX/UI designers, and other developers to create high-quality solutions.
Perform code reviews and ensure best practices are followed by the development team.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues with existing Drupal sites.
Stay up-to-date with new trends and advancements in Drupal and web technologies.
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers.
Interact with clients to understand their business needs and translate them into technical solutions.
Assist in the estimation and planning of development tasks.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
7+ years of experience in Drupal development.
Proficiency in PHP, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and other related technologies.
Experience with Drupal module and theme development.
Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git).
Knowledge of web services, APIs, and third-party integrations.
Strong understanding of responsive web design and front-end development frameworks.
Experience with database design and management (MySQL, MariaDB, etc.).
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with headless Drupal and modern JavaScript frameworks (React, Vue.js, Angular, etc.).
Contributions to the Drupal community (modules, themes, documentation, etc.).
Experience leading a team of developers.
Drupal certification.
