• Design and develop applications based on Service-Oriented Architecture (SOA) principles.
• Develop and maintain Drupal-based applications, ensuring seamless integration with MySQL and Oracle databases.
• Work on REST API integrations to enhance interoperability between systems.
• Apply business process analysis and enterprise architecture methodologies.
• Utilize modelling tools to design scalable and high-performance applications.
• Implement encryption techniques to enhance security.
• Ensure code quality and manage version control using Git workflows.
• Provide technical documentation and deliver technical presentations as required.
• Participate in a multicultural and multilingual environment, collaborating with stakeholders across different teams.
• Manage data migrations into Drupal CMS and perform post-migration validation.

Required Skills & Experience

• Strong knowledge of PHP, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and Drupal application development.
• Solid experience with REST API integrations, MySQL, and Oracle databases.
• Good understanding of Enterprise Architecture, SOA, and business process analysis.
• Proficiency in modelling tools for application design.
• Hands-on experience with encryption techniques and interoperability technologies (e.g., web services).
• Excellent drafting skills and ability to provide technical presentations.
• Experience working in an international/multicultural environment.
• Strong adaptability to fast-changing technologies in application architecture and design.
• Experience with data migration into Drupal CMS.
• Fluent English communication skills; additional EU languages are a plus.

Desirable Skills

• Basic knowledge of Justice, Consumers, Migration, and Home Affairs EU policy objectives.
• Experience working in legal organisations or departments.
