JOB DESCRIPTION

Participate in all aspects of agile software development, including design, implementation, and deployment
Develop prototypes for new product capabilities
Design and develop optimal solutions using configurations and customization
Understand and follow coding conventions, architectures, and best practices
Work closely with frontend development teams on API design and integration
Undertake work in the backlog and commit to quality delivery
Optimize code continuously to improve quality, maintainability, and performance
Contribute to agile ceremonies to improve team performance i.e., daily stand-up, grooming, sprint planning, and retrospectives
Builds strong relationships with cross-functional team members and external teams

Education, Experience, & Skills Required
Min 2+ years of experience in an engineering role (bachelor's degree or equivalent)
Developing web solutions in Drupal 10 & PHP implementations on LAMP stack
Experience working with headless Drupal
Site building experience including deep familiarity with Drupal modules
Experience in developing custom Drupal modules
Building responsive websites using Drupal CMS, HTML, CSS & JS
Through understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle (e.g. Requirements, Design, Development, Testing) and exposure to Agile or iterative SDLCs
Excellent debugging and optimization skills
Excellent collaboration, organization, and teamwork skills
Familiarity with CI/CD tools
Experience working with AWS services like lambda, API Gateway, ECS, S3, CloudFront etc. is a plus
Good team player with a positive attitude and empathy
