JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Proactively contribute to new feature development, flow design, and implementation of security best practices
  • Develop and maintain user-facing features with high performance and scalability
  • Build reusable code and libraries for future use
  • Ensure input validation and sanitization before data submission to back-end systems
  • Optimize web applications for maximum speed and scalability
  • Collaborate with UI/UX designers, team members, and stakeholders to implement aesthetic and functional UI elements
  • Use clean, well-structured code to implement UI components and front-end modules
  • Translate UI/UX design wireframes into code with technical feasibility in mind
  • Participate in Agile/Scrum development cycles, contributing to sprints and stand-ups

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of overall IT industry experience
  • Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in Drupal custom module/themes development or Symfony development
  • Proficiency in Core PHP using MVC and MVVM architectures
  • Solid understanding of OOP (Object-Oriented Programming) concepts
  • Strong knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and jQuery
  • Hands-on experience in API development, including RESTful APIs
  • Experience working with MySQL/MariaDB, including stored procedures and database operations
  • Familiarity with CI/CD (Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment) practices
  • Strong documentation, communication, and collaboration skills
  • Understanding of the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs
  • Working experience or knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies
  • Experience with React or Angular is a plus (not mandatory)
  • ACQUIA Certification is desirable (not mandatory)

Experience:

  • 2+ years of experience in the IT industry
  • 1+ year of hands-on experience in Drupal (custom module/theme development) or Symfony
  • Experience with Core PHP, front-end technologies, and building scalable web applications
  • Exposure to modern development practices and tools, including CI/CD pipelines
  • Working knowledge of database design and optimization, specifically with MySQL or MariaDB
  • Familiarity with component-based front-end frameworks such as React or Angular (preferred but not required)
