Drupal Developer Job at Milestone Technologies, Inc

• Develop and maintain responsive websites, adhering to ADA and Section 508 compliance and security best practices for inclusive, secure user experiences.
• Design and maintain user interfaces (UI) and user experiences (UX) using Drupal CMS.
• Collaborate with various departments to deliver high-quality digital solutions.
• Perform full-stack development tasks across front-end and back-end of Drupal websites.
• Convert user requirements, visual mockups, and web design specs into dynamic, functional web solutions.
• Utilize HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and other core web technologies to create and support feature-rich web applications.
• Implement and maintain analytics tools to enable data-driven improvements and performance monitoring.

Requirements

• 4+ years of web development experience, with a strong focus on Drupal front-end development.
• Proficient in developing custom Drupal modules to extend site functionality and integration capabilities.
• Deep understanding of Drupal's theming layer and internal functions.
• Solid skills in HTML, PHP, JavaScript, jQuery, CSS, and SQL.
• Experience integrating Drupal with external applications and APIs.
• Strong knowledge of web accessibility standards, Section 508 compliance, and security best practices.
• Experience with version control systems such as Git and Azure Repositories.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills to ensure effective collaboration and issue resolution.

Preferred Experience

• Familiarity with Python for custom integrations and functionality enhancements.
• Holding Drupal certifications is a plus.

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
