JOB DESCRIPTION

Take the technical lead on client projects.
Define technical architecture and make key technical decisions.
Coach and support less experienced colleagues.
Option to become a buddy/mentor for junior team members.
Contribute to the ongoing development of Calibrate’s Digital Experience Platform.
Bring in fresh ideas to enhance and evolve the platform.
Lead or participate in Research & Development task forces.
Help shape new components or features that may be integrated into the DXP.
Occasionally participate in project pre-analysis and technical planning.
Help design project approaches and documentation.
Actively contribute to the Drupal community.
Share knowledge and code developed at Calibrate with the broader ecosystem.
Serve as a bridge between DevOps and development teams to ensure deployment and hosting success.

Requirements:

Strong expertise in Drupal backend development.
Experience with Drupal architecture, custom module development, and API integrations.
Familiarity with DevOps practices related to Drupal hosting and deployment.
Passion for Open Source and active engagement with the Drupal community.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Ability to mentor and guide junior developers.
Proactive mindset with a willingness to engage in R&D and platform innovation.

Experience:

5+ years in Drupal backend development, ideally in a senior or lead role.
Proven experience as a technical lead on complex Drupal projects.
Hands-on involvement in open-source contributions.
Comfortable working in agile environments and in cross-functional teams.
