Building scalable code and libraries for reuse.
Configure Drupal for optimal performance and efficient administration.
Optimizing applications for speed and sustainability.
Use best-practice techniques when addressing application security.
Be a resource for the sales team and available to help with in-depth technical discussions with clients
Assist in the hiring and on-boarding of new developer resources
Assist with the performance review process and is responsible for evaluating technical skills and areas of improvement for developers and engineers.
Minimum Qualifications
Minimum 4 years of LAMP stack experience
3-5 years demonstrable experience working with modern JavaScript (preference given to Riot, React)
Preference given to applicants with experience using

Solr & Lucene Query Language
Object Oriented PHP
Test Driven Development
Web Services (SOAP/REST)

Experience with unit testing
Comfort working in a team of developers utilizing VCS systems.
Previous experience leading teams
Some experience with *Nix based systems, and the ability to confidently/accurately report (not necessarily fully diagnose/resolve) systems based issues.
Experience working with mySQL databases (Raw mySQL or DBAL).
Experience with PHP based CMS systems.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
