• Drupal Development: Build, customize, and maintain websites using the Drupal content management system, ensuring robust and scalable solutions.
• Web Development: Execute both front-end and back-end development tasks, delivering responsive and user-friendly web applications.
• Content Migration: Migrate web content from legacy servers to current web servers, particularly transitioning to Red Hat Enterprise Linux 8 (RHEL 8).
• Environment Management: Manage and migrate environments to RHEL 8, ensuring compatibility and performance optimization.
• Collaboration: Work effectively with web administrators, Unix administrators, and IT teams to align development efforts with organizational goals.
• Security Compliance: Implement web security best practices, including adherence to OWASP guidelines and prevention of common vulnerabilities like SQL injection, XSS, and CSRF.
• Regulatory Compliance: Ensure development processes and outputs comply with government regulations and standards.

• Style Guide Adherence: Work with WebAdmins to adjust and maintain client-specific style guides and standards.

  Requirements

  • Drupal Expertise: Specialized in building and maintaining websites using Drupal, including theming and module development.
  • PHP Development: Expertise in server-side development using PHP.
  • LAMP Stack: Proficient with Linux, Apache, MySQL, and PHP (LAMP) stack.
  • Front-End & Back-End Development: Experience in both front-end and back-end web development.
  • Web Security: Knowledge of web security best practices, including OWASP guidelines, and experience with Web Application Firewalls (WAF).
  • Red Hat Enterprise Linux: Experience in RHEL 6.x/7.x and proficiency in migrating to RHEL 8.
  • Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams, including web administrators, Unix administrators, and IT personnel.
  • Familiarity with government regulations and compliance standards relevant to web development.

Experience

• Drupal Development: Demonstrated experience in building and maintaining Drupal-based websites, including custom module development and theming.
• RHEL Migration: Proven track record of migrating web content and environments from RHEL 6.x/7.x to RHEL 8.
• Web Development: Extensive experience in full-stack web development, encompassing both front-end and back-end technologies.
