JOB DESCRIPTION

Lead and manage Drupal development projects from concept to completion.
Architect, develop, and maintain robust and scalable Drupal websites.
Guide and mentor developers, ensuring adherence to best practices and coding standards.
Collaborate with designers, front-end developers, and project managers for seamless integration.
Ensure code quality through code reviews, unit testing, and automated testing.
Stay updated with the latest Drupal developments and proactively implement improvements.
Troubleshoot and resolve performance, scalability, and security issues.
Manage deployment processes and version control using Git or similar tools.

Requirements

3-8 years in Drupal 8/9/10.
Strong expertise in custom module development, theming, and site building.
Deep understanding of PHP, MySQL, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and related web technologies.
Experience with RESTful APIs, third-party integrations, and headless Drupal (preferred).
Familiarity with DevOps tools, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure) is a plus.
Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
Experience in Agile methodologies and leading development teams.

Preferred Qualifications

Acquia Certification (Drupal Developer/Drupal Site Builder) is a plus.
Experience with decoupled architectures or frameworks like React/Angular (bonus).
Knowledge of SEO best practices and performance optimization techniques.
