• Client Engagement: Identify and analyze customer issues, design innovative solutions, and oversee their deployment to ensure client satisfaction.
• Proposal Development: Contribute to proposal documents by providing inputs based on your area of expertise.
• Solution Implementation: Plan configuration activities, execute product configurations as per design, conduct conference room pilots, and address queries related to requirements and solution design.
• Demonstrations and Workshops: Conduct solution/product demonstrations, Proof of Concept (POC), and Proof of Technology workshops.
• Effort Estimation: Prepare effort estimates that align with customer budgets and organizational financial guidelines.
• Project Leadership: Lead small projects and contribute to unit-level and organizational initiatives aimed at delivering high-quality, value-adding solutions to customers.
