JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Develop and maintain Drupal-based web applications, including module configuration and custom module development.
  • Implement and support secure, scalable solutions using PHP, MySQL, and modern PHP frameworks.
  • Design responsive front-end interfaces using HTML5, CSS (with preprocessing), JavaScript, TypeScript, and Bootstrap.
  • Work with databases such as MySQL and PostgreSQL for application development and data management.
  • Build and maintain applications or microservices using PHP in a Linux/Unix environment.
  • Collaborate effectively in team environments and contribute to the full software development lifecycle.
  • Manage time and tasks effectively to meet project deadlines within established schedules.
  • Communicate clearly with stakeholders through oral and written communication.
  • Apply critical thinking and problem-solving skills to technical challenges in a fast-paced, evolving environment.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field (additional experience may substitute for education).
  • Strong understanding of Drupal architecture, module configuration, custom module development, and security best practices.
  • Proficiency in PHP, MySQL, and experience with PHP frameworks.
  • Solid knowledge of front-end technologies: HTML5, CSS (with preprocessors like SASS/LESS), JavaScript, TypeScript, and Bootstrap.
  • Familiarity with Linux/Unix operating systems for application deployment and support.
  • Experience with relational databases such as MySQL and PostgreSQL.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and within a collaborative, team-based environment.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to adapt quickly to a dynamic work environment and manage multiple priorities.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.

Experience

  • 7+ years of work experience in computer systems and application development.
  • 4+ years of experience as a Drupal Developer, including:
    • 1+ years of experience specifically with Drupal 9.
  • Experience developing custom modules and configuring core/contributed modules.
  • Hands-on experience with secure web application development practices.
  • Proven track record working with databases and backend integration in PHP-based applications.
  • Experience in fast-paced, growth-oriented environments.
