JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Website Development & Maintenance: Design, develop, test, and maintain a suite of citizen-facing Drupal websites that support state-level initiatives.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with business stakeholders to gather functional requirements and oversee the review and approval of all Digital Experience (DX) site updates.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure all website features and updates are thoroughly tested and function as expected across all user types, devices, browsers, and environments.
  • Drupal Support & Upgrades: Provide Drupal application support via Acquia, plan and execute Drupal upgrades, and test and execute core, module, and security updates.
  • Content Management: Manage migration and/or archival of website content, web forms, and data.
  • Theme Development: Develop custom themes for Drupal sites as necessary.
  • User Administration: Administer user access and configure user roles and permissions.
  • Qualtrics Integration: Support the Qualtrics Customer Experience platform by designing and drafting surveys, dashboards, ticketing systems, and reporting.
  • Analytics & Innovation: Collaborate with stakeholders to design portals, platforms, surveys, training needs, and data collection/analysis approaches. Establish customer experience analytics and advance initiatives including accessibility remediation, search improvement, readability, and chatbot technology.
  • Training & Support: Train users and content editors, and integrate and implement third-party plugin technologies.

Requirements

  • Experience:
    • 8 years of experience in Drupal CMS, HTML/HTML5, CSS/CSS3, PHP, JavaScript, and Adaptive/Responsive Web Design.
    • 5 years of experience with GIT, Figma, Acquia, Adobe Creative Cloud Suite, Google Analytics, and developing, implementing, and monitoring multiple projects simultaneously.
    • 5 years of experience designing and building surveys with Qualtrics or other survey tools and establishing integrations with other organizational tools.
  • Technical Skills:
    • Proficiency in Drupal CMS, including custom theme development and module integration.
    • Strong knowledge of front-end technologies: HTML/HTML5, CSS/CSS3, JavaScript.
    • Experience with PHP and back-end development.
    • Familiarity with version control systems like GIT.
    • Experience with design tools such as Figma and Adobe Creative Cloud Suite.
    • Knowledge of analytics tools like Google Analytics.
    • Experience with Acquia for Drupal application support.
    • Ability to design and implement responsive and user-friendly Drupal websites.
    • Knowledge of Drupal security best practices and website performance optimization.
    • Experience with Qualtrics or similar survey tools.  
  • Soft Skills:
    • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
    • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
    • Ability to train users and content editors.

Experience

  • Drupal Development: Extensive experience in designing, developing, testing, and maintaining Drupal websites.
  • Qualtrics Integration: Experience in supporting the Qualtrics Customer Experience platform, including designing surveys, dashboards, and reporting systems.
  • Accessibility & Compliance: Experience in remediating accessibility and readability requirements to meet WCAG 2.1 AA regulations.
  • Analytics & Innovation: Experience in establishing customer experience analytics and advancing initiatives such as search improvement, readability, and chatbot technology.
  • Project Management: Proven ability to develop, implement, and monitor multiple projects simultaneously.
