JOB DESCRIPTION

Client Coordination: Engage with internal stakeholders to understand and analyze their requirements for the external website and related microsites.
Solution Analysis & Design: Perform functional and technical analyses to determine optimal solutions, collaborating with the ICT team and internal clients to select appropriate approaches.
Drupal Development: Design and implement applications and webmaster tools using Drupal modules, customizing them with PHP to meet specific needs.
Responsive Web Design: Develop responsive designs ensuring mobile accessibility, utilizing frameworks like Bootstrap and adhering to the organization's house style.
Web Standards Compliance: Ensure all designs and implementations comply with the latest web standards, including HTML5, CSS3 (using SASS/LESS), and JavaScript.

Requirements

Technical Proficiency:
- Strong experience in back-end web development and object-oriented programming.
- Proficiency in front-end development, including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Solid understanding of software development principles and practices.
Problem-Solving Skills: Demonstrated ability to identify issues, analyze problems, and implement effective solutions.
Communication and Teamwork: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a proven track record of effective collaboration within teams.
Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
Drupal Expertise: Hands-on experience with Drupal, including module development and theming.
Additional Skills: Familiarity with other web technologies and frameworks is advantageous.

Experience

Drupal Development: A minimum of 3 years of experience in Drupal web development, preferably with versions 9 or 10.
Front-End Technologies: Proven experience in front-end development using CSS, HTML, and JavaScript.
Accessibility Standards: Knowledge of WCAG 2.0 AA accessibility standards and experience implementing compliant solutions.
Web Maintenance: Familiarity with website updates and maintenance in CPanel or LAMP environments.
Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on addressing root causes of issues.
