JOB DESCRIPTION

  •  Supervise, mentor, and coordinate the development team to ensure successful project execution.
  • Manage code quality through reviews, merge request validations, and adherence to best practices.
  • Participate in the continuous enhancement of development tools and methodologies.
  • Contribute to cost estimates and feasibility studies during pre-sales and project planning phases.
  • Actively engage in development tasks, ensuring high-quality deliverables.
  • Advocate for and implement good development practices within the team.
  • Collaborate with clients to contribute technically to specifications and requirements.
  • Develop and maintain unit and integration tests to ensure code reliability.
  • Ensure project milestones and deadlines are met consistently.
  • Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation for projects.

Requirements

  • Strong proficiency in Drupal 8/9 technologies, including custom module development and theming.
  • At least 5 years of experience in web development within a PHP environment.
  • Familiarity with Agile development practices and methodologies.
  • A rigorous nature with a focus on code quality and project accuracy.
  • Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and clients.
  • Regular engagement with technological advancements to stay abreast of new trends and environments.
  • A collaborative spirit with a willingness to exchange and share knowledge in a positive atmosphere.

Experience

  • Minimum of 5 years in web development, with a focus on PHP and Drupal.
  • Proven experience in leading and coordinating development teams.
