JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Architect and develop scalable Drupal solutions
  • Lead backend development and API integrations
  • Support team members through reviews and collaboration
  • Ensure code quality, testing and maintainability
  • Participate in planning, deployment and CI/CD workflows
  • Contribute to open source and share knowledge internally and externally

What we’re looking for

Required:

  • 5+ years of hands-on experience with advanced Drupal projects
  • Strong PHP skills, including Composer and Symfony components
  • Familiarity with Git-based workflows and code reviews
  • Ability to work independently and proactively in a remote setup
  • Fluent in English
  • Legal residence and work rights in the EEA

Nice to have:

  • Scandinavian language skills (Norwegian, Swedish or Danish)
  • Contributions to open source projects (especially on drupal.org)
  • Experience with hosting platforms (Amazee, Pantheon, Acquia)
  • Familiarity with JavaScript frameworks (React, Vue, etc.)
  • Knowledge of CI/CD, Docker or headless architectures
