Support, manage, and extend Drupal websites within a multisite or Acquia Site Factory environment, including overseeing development, staging, and production environments and coordinating the release schedule
Participate in the build phase with external developers, providing insight, contributing to platform development and architectural decisions (e.g., Acquia Site Factory vs. Drupal Multisite), and offering feedback as part of the core project team
Implement custom Drupal modules and themes as needed, and translate design mockups into accessible, performant, and responsive web experiences that empower non-technical users to manage content
Configure and manage content types, taxonomies, views, blocks, and user roles/permissions to support both front-end functionality and administrative needs
Ensure all sites meet SEO and page performance standards
Implement third-party tools such as Formsort and other plug-ins or integrations as needed
Apply HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for front-end enhancements and customizations
Work with product, design, and stakeholder teams to scope and deliver new functionality
Collaborate with vendors, internal developers, and cross-functional teams for implementation and support
Participate in light DevOps and deployment tasks where needed
Contribute to documentation, code reviews, and long-term platform scalability

Qualifications
Required
1–2+ years of Drupal development experience
Proficiency in PHP, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
Understanding of multisite architecture and content reusability principles
Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
Familiarity with SEO and accessibility best practices
Interest in pursuing Drupal training & certifications, with a commitment to continuous learning
Willingness to grow into broader enterprise platform responsibilities over time
Minimal travel (1–2 times per year)

Experience with Acquia Site Factory
Experience integrating third-party tools into Drupal
Exposure to healthcare or regulated industries
Understanding of web analytics or structured content framework
