JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Supervise, coordinate, and motivate a team of developers
  • Provide strong technical leadership to ensure code consistency and quality
  • Design and develop robust, scalable Drupal-based technical solutions
  • Plan and monitor development projects in alignment with client requirements
  • Act as a key player in the digital transformation of clients across various industries
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative, high-stakes digital solutions
  • Foster a collaborative, open-minded, and supportive team environment

Requirements:

  • Degree from an Engineering school, Business school, or equivalent qualification (including HR-related degrees accepted)
  • Strong experience in Drupal development (full-stack, front-end, back-end)
  • Proficiency in using:
    • Ticketing systems
    • Version control tools (e.g., Git)
    • Continuous integration tools
  • Proven ability to lead and coordinate technical teams
  • Creative, visionary, and proactive approach to development
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Methodical, team-spirited, and eager to learn and grow

Experience:

  • Minimum 3 years of professional experience in Drupal development
  • Prior experience in technical team leadership is a strong plus
  • Familiarity with digital transformation projects for both public (ministries, government, administration) and private sector (large enterprises)
  • Exposure to R&D or innovation-driven environments is advantageous
