What You Must Have
Bachelors Degree
5+ years of software development experience.
3+ years of experience with PHP development.
3+ years of Drupal development or any other CMS.
3+ years of experience with HTML, CSS, and Web Standards, JavaScript libraries and linters, browser developer tools and git, building responsive web interfaces (RWD), WCAG guidelines, Web Accessibility, and/or 508 compliance development practices.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to discuss projects and processes clearly and professionally.
Must be able to obtain and maintain a Public Trust.
MUST RESIDE IN THE United States (U.S.) and the work MUST BE PERFORMED in the United States (U.S.), as this work is for a federal contract and laws do apply.
What We'd Like You To Have
1+ years of professional front end development experience including the use of JavaScript frameworks, especially React.
Knowledgeable of AWS cloud services – AWS Certifications.
Experience with LLM application development including emerging architectures such as multi-agent, tool calling, and RAG.
Experience working with pattern libraries such as USWDS or Tailwind.
Knowledge with library management systems is a plus.
Skilled in working within cloud development environments and Kubernetes.
Proficiency in programming languages, like Python or Node.js, with experience in building APIs and scalable server-side applications.
Capable of working independently, with versatility being highly valued.
Experience deploying Drupal using CI/CD and DevSecOps patterns.
