JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Supervise, train and coordinate the development team.
  • Ensure the success of developments.
  • Manage the quality of development (code review, MR validation, etc.).
  • Participate in the continuous improvement of tools and processes.
  • Contribute to cost estimates and feasibility studies (pre-sales/costing).
  • Support teams on the quality of development and actively participate in development.
  • Promote good development practices among teams.
  • Contribute technically to specifications in interaction with our customers.
  • Implement unit tests and integration tests.
  • Ensure compliance with imposed deadlines.
  • Write technical documentation.
  • Experience Niji by participating in our afterworks and various events.

    Profile sought if you
     
  • Have strong skills in Drupal 8/9 technologies
  • Have at least 5 years of experience in web development in a PHP environment.
  • Are used to working in Agile methodology.
  • Are rigorous by nature and have good interpersonal skills.
  • Regularly monitor technology to stay abreast of new trends and environments.
  • Enjoy exchanging and sharing your knowledge in a collaborative and positive atmosphere
