JOB DESCRIPTION

Supervise, train and coordinate the development team.
Ensure the success of developments.
Manage the quality of development (code review, MR validation, etc.).
Participate in the continuous improvement of tools and processes.
Contribute to cost estimates and feasibility studies (pre-sales/costing).
Support teams on the quality of development and actively participate in development.
Promote good development practices among teams.
Contribute technically to specifications in interaction with our customers.
Implement unit tests and integration tests.
Ensure compliance with imposed deadlines.
Write technical documentation.
Experience Niji by participating in our afterworks and various events.

Profile sought if you
Have strong skills in Drupal 8/9 technologies
Have at least 5 years of experience in web development in a PHP environment.
Are used to working in Agile methodology.
Are rigorous by nature and have good interpersonal skills.
Regularly monitor technology to stay abreast of new trends and environments.
Enjoy exchanging and sharing your knowledge in a collaborative and positive atmosphere
