JOB DESCRIPTION

Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, document, test and debug new and existing web applications and user interfaces according to industry established software engineering principals and best practices.
  • Work collaboratively within a team to execute on the full system development lifecycle including analyzing user needs to determine technical requirements; developing technical specifications based on conceptual design and requirements; developing well-crafted and documented source code; automating manual tasks; consulting with stakeholders and end users to prototype, configure, refine, test, and debug applictions or systems to meet needs.
  • Identify and evaluate new technologies or methods of implementation and continuous improvement.
  • Participate in knowledge sharing, mentoring and team improvement activities.
     

Qualifications:

  • Minimum Qualifications:
  • BS/BA with 2 years of experience
  • MS/MA with 0-2 years of experience
  • PhD with 0 years of experience
  • Relevant Associate’s degree and 6 years of relevant work experience
  • High school diploma and 10 years of relevant work experience
  • Preferred Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of web development experience
  • 3+ years of Drupal development experience with an emphasis on theming and front-end development
  • 1+ years of React development experience
  • 1+ years of decoupled Drupal development experience
  • Demonstrated ability to innovatively solve technical challenges using Drupal 9, React 17 or similar technologies
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills (English)
  • Experience with continuous integration (Jenkins, Bamboo, GitLab, etc)
