Faulty facial recognition, assimilation of blacks to gorillas on Google, confusion between shadows and dark skin by smart cars to the point of being hit... Racism in user experience can sometimes manifest itself dramatically. However, it is not only in these examples that racist prejudice exists: it invites itself into what we all produce in insidious ways. From the design to the implementation and even the use of products: without backing down, we can harm and create the exclusion of certain groups by perpetuating or even amplifying inequalities.

So, how do you ensure neutral or universal experiences in a world where UX is optimal and inclusive for all?
