Essential Functions:

• Utilize Git to improve Drupal software, including installation, configuration, repository creations. commands, branching, merging, and tagging.
• Responsible for Drupal custom module development.
• Write well-documented PHP and JavaScript code, following Drupal conventions.
• Coordinate the preparation of testing and implementation plans.
• Collaborate with client and other developers to help translate requirements.
• Keep client up-to-date on project status, technical issues, etc.

Education/Skills/Experience Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in relevant field or equivalent experience; Master’s degree preferred.
• 9-10 years of experience as a web architect supporting large website implementation.
• 5-6 years of expertise with Drupal.
• Experience with and working level knowledge of Linux command lines.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills and work well in a team environment.
• Candidate must be able to work independently on complex designs.
• Ability to work well under pressure, work multiple tasks simultaneously and meet project deadlines.
• Active public trust clearance or the ability to obtain a public trust clearance.

Desired Knowledge/Skills:

• 1-2 years of working knowledge of Acquia cloud.
• Working knowledge of testing frameworks.
• Experience with local development environments.
• Excellent customer service skills.
