So, what’s the job?

• You’ll bring a strong technical engineering background in Drupal with a minimum of 5 years’ experience in a hands-on senior role.
• You’ll have strong experience with Acquia with full understanding on their architecture and offered products (including their Site Factory platform)
• You’ll have broad technical knowledge with an understanding of technology trends and their commercial application to solve business problems.
• You’ll have strong communication and vendor/partner management skills.
• You’ll be cool under pressure, with a keen ability to effectively prioritise and deliver.
• You’ll be c ontinuously increasing your team's work quality & performance.

• You’ll be the tech lead for a team of software engineers, providing functional support and guidance on a day-to-day basis.
• You’ll work as a part of a cross-functional team to develop software solutions that are in line with Cover-More’s digital strategy.
• You’ll lead technical delivery ensuring timelines are met.
• You’ll be a champion for Agile software development practices to ensure a robust product for our customers.
• You’ll lead the team to develop and test solutions across the full application stack.
