What You Will Do
A developer with strong Drupal experience will beresponsible for working with PHP and other server-side languages on a regular basis. They create custom modules, run automated tests, use web services, and deploy software automatically, among other things. They also become involved in the theme layer's more sophisticated aspects.
What You Will Need
- US Citizenship is required
- Bachelor's Degree is required
- Must possess a combination of programming skills (PHP, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, etc.) and aesthetics (understanding element arrangements on the screen, the color and font choices, and so on)
- An understanding of the entire web development process, including design, development and deployment
- 4+ Years experience as a Developer
- 4+ years experience with Drupal front and backend
- 3+ years Experience working in Agile environments
- Must have ability to architect enterprise Drupal solutions including data, display, and information architecture
- Responsible for designing and implementing new features and functionality
- Establishing and guiding the website's architecture
- Ensuring high-performance and availability
- Managing all technical aspects of the CMS
- Work closely with front-end developers and customers to ensure an effective, visually appealing, functional and intuitive implementation
What Would Be Nice To Have
- Some technical QA experience
- strong energy to move teams forward
- Advanced site-building experience including deep familiarity with Drupal modules such as CTools, Views, and Panels
- Experience creating custom Drupal modules
- Develop wireframes and core site structure using Drupal
- Adjust site parameters as needed
- Provide high-speed and reliable site assets
- Offer feedback regarding development processes
- Work with other development team members to ensure at least 99% site uptime
- Troubleshoot any site-loading delays, UI/UX bugs, and other errors or issues as they arise
- Implement site changes and technical team feedback as it is finalized into deliverables
The annual salary range for this position is $100,200.00-$150,200.00. Compensation decisions depend on a wide range of factors, including but not limited to skill sets, experience and training, security clearances, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs.
