Matthew Dichter (matthewdichter)
Director of Experience Design at FFW
I specialize in creating experiences that harness the latest technologies to engage audiences in new and exciting ways.
Since 2000 I have worked with Fortune 500 companies, foundations, advocacy organizations, and government agencies to develop original branded content, websites, mobile apps and games, social media campaigns, and data visualization tools that aim to grow, engage, and inform their audiences.
Over my career I have had the opportunity to work with major athletes and entertainers to produce original branded content. I have worked with entertainment companies, arts organizations, and museums to develop experiences that allow users to further engage with programming, exhibitions and events online and on their mobile devices.
I have consulted with foundations and non-profits including PBS, The Robert Wood Johnson Foundation, The Pew Charitable Trusts, and the Ad Council, and government agencies like the U.S. Census Bureau, to develop original content and awareness campaigns to educate their audiences about critical economic, social, and political issues.
I have worked on advertising and marketing campaigns to support with major corporations like Holiday Inn, General Motors, and Procter & Gamble – supporting new product launches for Tide, Crest, and Gillette. My experience with loyalty programs for clients such as JCPenney, Hilton, Bloomingdales, Hertz, and Jiffy Lube has given me a keen understanding of Customer Relationship Management – specifically in the retail, entertainment, and travel industries.
