How Different Is Drupal 10 with Drupal 9?

Drupal 10 was released on 14^th December 2022, after which it became trendy, and developers are switching to the new version to use all its new features and modules. But, still, some people are reluctant to upgrade for some reason. The fact that Drupal 10 promises to be even more powerful than ever before is not convincing for a group of Drupal 9 users. The dilemma between 9 & 10 has made them stick to the current version they are using.

This uncertainty leads to the question, “How different or improved is Drupal 10 than Drupal 9?”
