Enterprise Drupal AI Summit Europe 2026 Opens Call for Papers
Session proposals are now being accepted for the Enterprise Drupal AI Summit Europe 2026, scheduled for 28 September 2026 aboard the SS Rotterdam, a historic ocean liner permanently moored in Rotterdam, the Netherlands.
The summit will focus on enterprise Drupal deployments and artificial intelligence implementations within large-scale digital platforms. According to the organisers, the event is intended for enterprise decision-makers, digital directors, architects, and operational leaders responsible for platform strategy, governance, and digital experience delivery.
Topics outlined for the programme include large-scale Drupal architectures, digital experience platforms, AI-assisted content workflows, composable and API-driven systems, governance and compliance in regulated environments, and operational management of Drupal within complex organisations.
The Drupal.org announcement and Pretalx call-for-proposals page both emphasise practical implementation experience over product marketing or vendor demonstrations. Organisers state that priority will be given to sessions based on real deployments, measurable operational outcomes, and transferable implementation lessons.
Preferred submissions include enterprise and public-sector case studies, architecture decisions in large Drupal systems, AI integration in content management or delivery workflows, and multi-site or multi-brand platform strategies. Organisers are also encouraging presentations from organisations already operating AI systems within Drupal production environments.
According to the Pretalx CFP page, the summit programme will run across two parallel tracks. The Inspiration Track will focus on enterprise AI case studies, strategic implementation insights, and operational outcomes, while the Networking Track is intended for discussions among executives, architects, and senior digital decision-makers.
Accepted session formats include 20-minute presentations, business-focused case studies, and architecture or strategy sessions. Proposals will be evaluated on enterprise relevance, implementation depth, clarity of problem-solving approaches, and the usefulness of lessons for other organisations operating Drupal at scale.
The CFP materials also position the event as a forum for organisations evaluating the operational and commercial impact of AI-assisted workflows within Drupal ecosystems. Example implementation areas referenced by organisers include personalisation, translation, search, content classification, and workflow automation.
Additional information about the summit is available on the official Enterprise Drupal Summit Europe website, and proposal submissions are accepted via Pretalx.
