Oomph and Adapt USA Become Pare & Co After 2025 Acquisition

Digital consultancy Oomph and Adapt USA have adopted the name Pare & Co following Oomph’s acquisition of Adapt USA in December 2025. Christopher Murray, founder and CEO of Pare & Co, announced the rebrand on 1 September 2026 in a company announcement. He said existing client teams, contracts, invoices, rates, phone numbers, and active projects remain unchanged.

Oomph had an established presence in the Drupal ecosystem before the rebrand. Its Drupal.org organisation profile, now listed under Pare & Co, says the team has developed Drupal projects since 2008 and records contributions including leadership of the Contact Form track for Drupal CMS and maintenance of contributed projects. Drupal.org lists Pare & Co as a Bronze Drupal Certified Partner, while the Drupal AI Initiative lists the company as a Silver Drupal AI Partner.

Oomph acquired Adapt USA on 1 December 2025. In its acquisition announcement, the company identified Adapt’s Contentful partnership as a principal reason for the deal, saying it expanded Oomph’s headless and composable practice. Adapt USA co-founder Doug Sisko now leads Pare & Co’s Growth practice as managing director.
