Job Details:

We are seeking a dynamic and innovative Drupal Developer to join our marketing team. This is a permanent position where you will be responsible for creating and implementing web-based products using Drupal, PHP, JavaScript, AWS, and MySQL. Your primary focus will be the development of all server-side logic, ensuring high performance and responsiveness to requests from the front-end. You will also be responsible for integrating the front-end elements built by your co-workers into the application.

Responsibilities:

• Develop high-quality web applications using Drupal and other related technologies.
• Create custom themes and modules to meet project requirements.
• Maintain and improve existing Drupal sites, including performance optimization and updates.
• Collaborate with a team of developers, designers, and marketers to define and implement innovative solutions for the website direction, visuals, and experience.
• Implement an effective security and data protection settings.
• Handle complex data models and design schemas in MySQL.
• Leverage AWS cloud services for application hosting and other related services.
• Troubleshoot, test and maintain the core product software and databases to ensure strong optimization and functionality.

Qualifications:

• A minimum of 3 years of professional experience as a Drupal Developer.
• Proven software development experience in PHP.
• Demonstrable knowledge of web technologies including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, AJAX etc.
• Good knowledge of relational databases, version control tools and of developing web services.
• Experience in common third-party APIs (Google, Facebook, eBay etc).
• Passion for best design and coding practices and a desire to develop new bold ideas.
• BS/MS degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related subject.
• Experience with Amazon Web Services (AWS) is a plus.
