Responsibilities

• Skilled at building accessible and inclusive interfaces. Familiarity with Section 508, WCAG 2.1, ARIA, and digital accessibility best practices.
• Familiar with populating design systems and component-based development.
• Comfortable with CSS compiler workflows (e.g. LESS, SASS, SCSS).
• Able to draw on a detailed mental model of HTTP, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript operations.
• Able to use Axe, Drush, and PHP debugging tools to speed up your work and enhance your code quality.
• Complementary/specialized skills such as QA, UX, design, and documentation are also a plu

Qualifications

• At least 3+ years of Front-End development experience.
• Associate's degree or 5 years of experience.
• Skilled in Drupal Front-end development.
• Familiarity with the US Web Design Standards (USWDS) is a plus.
• Ability to navigate and understand how to use and troubleshoot Git.
• Not Required but Preferred: Acquia Certificate Program (Certified Site Builder, Developer or Front End Specialist, Web Accessibility Specialist).
