JOB DESCRIPTION

You'll be responsible for:

  • Designing, developing, and deploying complex Drupal applications on cloud platforms like AWS and Azure.
  • Collaborating with customers to understand their cloud needs and architecting secure and cost-effective solutions.
  • Implementing DevOps practices to automate deployments, testing, and infrastructure management.
  • Maintaining secure cloud infrastructure and ensuring compliance with security best practices (DevSecOps).
  • Working closely with other developers and engineers to deliver robust and reliable solutions.

To be successful, you'll need:

  • A strong foundation: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field with 8+ years of experience in Drupal Full Stack Development.
  • Cloud Expertise: 4+ years of experience in cloud technologies, with a strong emphasis on AWS. Experience with Microsoft Azure a plus.
  • DevOps Savvy: At least 2 years of experience integrating DevOps principles for efficient software development and deployment.
  • Certified Professional: Hold at least one Cloud certification (Associate level or higher) from AWS or a comparable Azure certification.
  • Communication Skills: The ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Agile Champion: Experience working in an Agile development environment.
  • Security Clearance: Currently possess or be eligible to obtain a Public Trust security clearance.

 

A plus if you have:

  • Master's degree in a relevant field.
  • 5+ years of experience in cloud engineering with AWS GovCloud and Azure.
  • Extensive knowledge of Drupal development using PHP, JavaScript, and jQuery.
  • Experience integrating DevSecOps practices into your workflow.
  • A proven track record of managing cloud services in operational environments.
