JOB DESCRIPTION

Design, develop, and maintain scalable web/LMS platforms using Drupal CMS
Customize and extend Drupal modules based on business requirements
Develop role-based workflows, dashboards, and learning paths
Integrate platforms with CRM, HRMS, APIs, and third-party systems
Optimize platform performance, security, and scalability
Collaborate with Product, HR, and Customer Success teams
Manage deployment, versioning, and ongoing maintenance

Required Skills:

Strong hands-on experience with Drupal CMS (8/9/10)
Good knowledge of PHP, MySQL, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
Experience with REST APIs & third-party integrations
Understanding of Linux environments and Git
Strong debugging and problem-solving skills
Ability to work in agile and cross-functional teams

Good to Have:

Experience with LMS platforms
Knowledge of SCORM/xAPI
Exposure to AWS/Azure/GCP
Experience in SaaS or B2B product companies
