JOB DESCRIPTION

Develop, enhance, and maintain custom Drupal 11 themes.
Create and customize Twig templates, preprocess functions, and theme libraries to meet business and design requirements.
Build responsive, user-friendly interfaces that work seamlessly across desktop, tablet, and mobile devices.
Configure and manage Drupal theme settings and implement component-based theming approaches.
Develop reusable front-end components using HTML5, CSS3, SCSS/SASS, JavaScript, and Bootstrap 5.
Configure and manage Drupal content types, taxonomies, menus, blocks, Views, Paragraphs, Media, and Layout Builder components as required.
Support site-building activities, module configuration, and content authoring workflows.
Optimize website performance, page load times, and Core Web Vitals.
Ensure accessibility compliance with WCAG 2.1 AA standards and follow semantic HTML best practices.

Preferred Skills

Knowledge of Acquia-hosted Drupal environments and cloud-based Drupal deployment platforms.
Understanding of CI/CD pipelines, Git workflows, and automated deployment processes.
Knowledge of SEO best practices for Drupal websites.
Experience working in Agile/Scrum development environments.
