JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Lead, mentor, and coordinate the development team.
  • Ensure the successful delivery of development projects.
  • Oversee code quality through code reviews and merge request (MR) validations.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of tools and development processes.
  • Participate in workload estimation and feasibility studies for pre-sales and project scoping.
  • Support teams in maintaining high development quality and actively contribute to coding activities.
  • Promote development best practices across teams.
  • Provide technical input for specifications in collaboration with clients.
  • Implement unit tests and integration tests.
  • Ensure adherence to project deadlines.
  • Produce and maintain technical documentation.
  • Take part in company culture and events, including after-work gatherings and various activities. 

Candidate Profile

You should:

  • Have strong expertise in Drupal 10 and Drupal 11 technologies.
  • Possess at least 5 years of experience in web development within a PHP environment.
  • Be experienced in working with Agile methodologies.  
  • Be detail-oriented, rigorous, and have strong interpersonal skills.
  • Regularly monitor technological trends and stay up to date with new tools and environments.
  • Enjoy knowledge sharing and collaborating within a positive and supportive team environment.
