  • Lead frontend architecture and Drupal CMS implementation
  • Improve page speed, Core Web Vitals, website performance, and technical SEO
  • Manage live website releases, upgrades, security patching, and production stability
  • Build secure, efficient, and scalable content publishing workflows for marketing and content teams
  • Partner with business stakeholders to prioritize website enhancements and digital initiatives
  • Lead and mentor the development team while maintaining strong coding, quality, and security standards
  • Drive end-to-end delivery across the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
  • Leverage AI-enabled tools and practices to enhance development efficiency, quality, and delivery
