JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Develop, maintain, and enhance websites and applications built on Drupal 8
  • Build and manage content structures using Drupal's Paragraphs module
  • Implement front-end functionality using jQuery and Bootstrap 3
  • Communicate clearly with team members and stakeholders across varying levels of technical literacy
  • Prioritize engineering effort based on business outcomes and client value, given limited engineering time
  • Deliver work accurately and on time with minimal supervision
  • Take on and complete less glamorous "scut work" tasks as needed, with discipline and consistency
  • Proactively ask questions and seek clarification within a collaborative team environment

Qualifications:

  • Proven senior-level experience as a Drupal developer
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, particularly for remote/async collaboration
  • Strong ability to prioritize tasks based on client and business impact
  • Demonstrated punctuality, attention to detail, and ability to work independently
  • Adaptability to different industries and organizational cultures
  • Comfortable working in a fully remote, asynchronous environment
