JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Provide technical leadership and guidance to the development team to design, develop, and manage Drupal solutions that meet client requirements.
  • Conduct code reviews for new developments as well as corrective and enhancement maintenance of existing websites.
  • Manage website deployments across development, testing (UAT), and production environments on AWS using GitLab, CI/CD, Ansible, Terraform, and automated testing.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional technical and business teams, including Information Security (SSI), Infrastructure, and Data teams.
  • Ensure adherence to development best practices and implementation of security principles.
  • Propose innovative solutions for both web applications and development/deployment environments. 

Required Qualifications

  • Proven experience in web development.
  • Strong expertise in Drupal 9/10.
  • Experience with Next.js and React.
  • Proficiency with deployment and DevOps tools, including:
    • GitLab CI
    • Ansible
    • Docker
    • Terraform
  • Good knowledge of AWS environments.
  • Experience with AWS managed services is a plus.
  • Ability to optimize website performance.
  • Experience with caching technologies such as Redis and CDN solutions.
  • Previous experience leading or mentoring a technical development team.
  • Ability to coach, support, and develop the skills of other developers.
  • Familiarity with Scrum and Agile development methodologies.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and teamwork skills.
